Before you begin, you will need your NPT Health and Wellbeing Group/Lucky Fridays Lottery number at the ready.
- Step 1: Go to https://nptstaffhwgroup.rewardgateway.co.uk and click on ‘Register Now’.
- Step 2: Enter your details in to the online form, including your date of birth. Please note – where the form asks for your pay number, you need to use your Lucky Fridays/NPTHWG number.
- Step 3: Once registered, log in with your email address and chosen password and browse the Perkz website for the discounts and benefits that are right for you. Why not take a look and see how much you can save!
Benefits
Reloadable cards
If you’re shopping on the high street or nipping to your local supermarket, simply order a reloadable card for your chosen retailer and get a great saving at that store. e.g. If you want to spend £100 at Sainsbury’s there is a 5% discount on reloadable cards so you will only pay £95. You can even use it in conjunction with other promotions or sales!
Cashback
If you prefer to shop online you can earn Cashback and access discount codes for hundreds of different retailers. Cashback is like a reward for shopping with that retailer - simply find where you want to shop through Perkz and make your purchase as normal. Your Cashback will build up in your personal account and you can withdraw it whenever (no catches, no charges!)
Instant Vouchers
Instant Vouchers are the easiest of the bunch! Simply visit the offer page, purchase the voucher and show the code, evoucher or barcode when you’re ready to pay. Great for those on the go - fully functional through your smartphone or tablet device meaning you can benefit wherever you are!
EasySaver card
Save at 50 retailers with the EasySaver™ Card
The EasySaver™ Card is an Instant Reloadable Card that enables you to save 7.5% on all purchases in-store at over 50 favourite UK highstreet retailers, with just one card e.g. load £200, only pay £185!
Important information about your EasySaver™ Card
If an EasySaver™ Card is topped up by £780 or more in a one year period the rewards team (Reward Gateway/PERKZ) are obliged to check the identity of the customer.
They will attempt to carry out this check electronically but their On-Line Support team may need to contact the customer for further verification. Be aware that this may delay the top up of your card and the card may be temporarily blocked, so please check your current card balance before use. The verification usually consists of personal information such as date of birth, postal code, address, etc.
Your EasySaver™ card is regulated under the Financial Conduct Authority and this is why this check is necessary.

How do I access Perkz?
Whether you’re in the office, on your home PC, using your smartphone or even tablet device, Perkz is there for you 24/7. Simply open the web browser on your device and visit https://nptstaffhwgroup.rewardgateway.co.uk/
Is there an app?
As Perkz is only available to members of the NPT Health and Wellbeing Group you won’t find it in the app store, but you can access the Perkz mobile friendly site using your smartphone’s internet browser.
I don’t use the internet or online shopping much. Can I still use Perkz?
Not a problem! There is a 7-day member Helpdesk that can help you order discounted reloadable cards over the phone using your debit or credit card. The Desk can also advise and help you with any queries about Perkz.
Can my family use Perkz too?
Yes they can! They can’t have their own account, but if you would like to purchase discounted gift cards and vouchers on their behalf or even link cards to their bank account, then we welcome you to do so.
It isn’t possible to provide a universal discount card that every retailer will accept. The best way to get the biggest saving on top of sale prices and promotions is either through buying a discounted shopping card or by earning Cashback.
If I order my EasySaver™ card online, how long does it tale for delivery?
If you order your card by 5pm, Monday to Friday it will be dispatched same day. The card is sent via First Class Royal Mail and should be with you within a maximum of three days (UK only). The card will then need to be activated by following the online instructions.
Can I top up the balance on my EasySaver™ card?
Absolutely! Top-up your card online by clicking on the green button labelled 'Top Up Your EasySaver™ Card' at the top of the EasySaver™ Card page, or from your 'My Account' section. Your new balance should be available to spend within 30 minutes but always wait for the confirmation email or text message before trying to use the card in-store.
