Team NPT wants to help break the stigma surrounding the menopause at work as well as ensuring an inclusive working environment.
We understand that sometimes you can feel very alone when dealing with menopause even though millions of other women are going through it at the same time. Menopause support groups and networks can bring people together to support each other. Sharing stories and symptoms can help you to realise you are not alone and can make all the difference to your menopause journey.
In light of this, a menopause support group has been set up for women where helpful resources will be shared and hopefully connections will be made. It is a safe environment to share your experiences and bring light to anything that has helped you during your menopause journey (as well as just a good old chat if you feel like it!).
